Terms & Conditions
- Prices are per room per night (not per person) and include Full English breakfast and VAT.
- No advance payment for reservations is required. We will contact you for valid credit card information. The information is held securely and only used in the event of a late cancellation or no show.
- Guests may cancel up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, and no charge will be taken. If the cancellation is after this time, or in the event of a no show, your credit card will be charged the full booking value.
- Block bookings may be cancelled up to 5 days before the date of arrival. If the cancellation is after this time, or in the event of a no show, your credit card will be charged the full booking value.
- Check-in time is any time after 1300 hours (call us if you need an earlier check-in time). Please notify us if late arrival is anticipated.
- You must check-out by 1100 hours. If the room is not vacated by this time you will be subject to another night charge.
- Donnington House Hotel does not accept liability for any omissions or errors and reserves the right at any time to change information published on its web site.
- Any complaint regarding the hotel must be brought to the attention of the hotel management as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to the Donnington House Hotel in writing.
- You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. All bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.
