Check-In and Out:

Check-in time is any time after 1300 hours (call us if you need an earlier check-in time). Please notify us if late arrival is anticipated.

You must check-out by 1100 hours. If the room is not vacated by this time you will be subject to another night charge.

Cancellations:

Guests may cancel up to 48 hours before the date of arrival and no charge will be taken. Block bookings may be cancelled up to 5 days before the date of arrival.

If the cancellation is after this time, or in the event of a no show, your credit card will be charged the full booking fee.

Arriving by Car (M4):

From M4 Junction 10, follow signs to A329M, coming off on the slip road to Reading centre (A4). Follow London Rd until a major junction of the A329 and A4 (Cemetery Jnctn), go straight ahead on London Rd, keeping in left hand lane. Our hotel is on the left hand side, after Donnington Rd. Free Parking for hotel guests.

Arriving by Train:

Reading station is about a 20 minute walk away or a 5 minute taxi ride.

There are regular buses from Reading town centre that stop within a few minutes walk from the hotel (bus numbers include: 500, 144, TVP and 22). For more info visit: www.reading-buses.co.uk
